“Every damn day,”as we say,  is what we’re committed to doing because that’s what it take to succeed at the highest level. We’ll do so to totally immerse ourselves into the Challenge and get all of the benefits humanly possible from this kind of intense focus for the entire 10 weeks.

DAILY EVENTS

We’ll start each day with our Morning Connection live broadcast during my morning cardio training session from “Cardio University.” These will take place anywhere from 3 am to 6 am Pacific Time. They will posted here on this website.

There will be a blog article posted that deal with the topic that we’ll focus on that day. Each article will offer advice on the Mass Machine Training approach to bodybuilding and training, MANformation confidence, leadership, and lifestyle strategies, More Than Just Muscles personal development, Fitness Expert To Life Coach Step By Step advice for aspiring fitness professionals and coaches, and then will monitor and asses how well we are during on this Mass Machine Training 10-Week Challenge.

After each workout, we meet on another Post- Workout live broadcast to talk about the day’s workout and to breakdown the day’s topic a little deeper. We’ll still meet at about the same time on the weekends even though those are scheduled days off from the gym. That broadcast will begin each day anywhere from 7 am to 10 am Pacific time.

During the the day at varying times depending on Skip La Cour’s schedule that day, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with him privately one-on-one on the phone or over Skype during the daily HOUR OF POWER! Every Friday during the 10-week journey, the entire DAY will be devoted to our HOUR of POWER!

The day will end with the Day’s Recap live broadcast. That’s our chance to review the day and discuss a variety of topics designed to help you succeed at a higher level and work past your challenges.

MONDAY

Every Monday, we focus on the Mass Machine Training approach to BODYBUILDING and TRAINING with day’s articles and when we meet live on the broadcasts. That broadcast will begin each day anywhere from 7 am to 10 am Pacific time.

The purpose is to help those people who are so damn PASSIONATE about the fitness lifestyle it’s just what their life is all about–and they LOVE helping other people reach their fitness goals too. The topics discussed will help fitness professionals and coaches–and especially those people who ASPIRE to be a fitness professionals and coaches someday and just need more clarity, certainty and confidence to STEP UP and GO FOR IT. !
