Week #1

I’ll have you quantify in own your mind just how much productivity is actually lost by not switching your routines and the benefits you can experience by sticking to your routines for longer periods of time.

MANformation: I’ll have you think about the people you are currently surrounding yourself with and ask you how much value do they put on their own time. If they don’t value their own time, how great of an influence can they possibly have on you? I also discuss how giving people what you think they want may be more difficult than you might believe and probably isn’t a good use of your time–no matter how noble your intentions may be.

Week #4

BODYBUILDING: This week, I explain exactly what to look for in different training and eating strategies so you can figure out how they work well for different people—despite the constant debates and infighting among the coaches, gurus, experts, and everyone else involved in bodybuilding, training and fitness. And, no, it’s NOT because of genetics and drug use! You’ll know how to end your confusion and overwhelm yourself—and do so FOREVER.

MANformation: This week in the MANformation part of the weekly lesson, I explain how you can get from “Point A” to “Point B” with your MANformation in the shortest time possible. I’ll also share how these strategies probably had a huge influence as to why many people over the years have told me that I look like an “A List” celebrity (that I don’t think I look like at all).

BODYBUILDING: This week, I talk about how you should never let anyone else’s “theories” limit what you can and can’t accomplish. You have to be able to figure the difference between a real scientific study and someone’s theory cleverly disguised as a fact.

I force you to be honest with yourself and realize what’s REALLY holding you back and encourage you to step up and make a DECISION. Then, I talk about the challenge that many of us who are dedicated and focused to the bodybuilding and training lifestyle face . . . and that’s RELATIONSHIPS. I give my experienced opinion of what you should and should NOT expect from the person you are in relationship with when you’re training and eating is a very high priority to YOU—but not for the person you are in the relationship with (and, NO, it’s not that they should take a backseat to you and your dreams if they really loved you!)

MANformation: This week in the MANformation part of the weekly lesson, I make you rethink the “pussy programming” that was FORCED upon you as a little boy when you didn’t have the insight you needed to reject it. That pussy programming that happened to you when you were 10 years old, let’s say, is what’s most likely REALLY causing this “push-pull” in your mind—and not that event that happened when you were an adult.

Week #7

BODYBUILDING: This week, I clue you in on some more of the information and coaching styles that confused many people working hard to build their physiques and distract the important matters.

MANformation: This week in the MANformation part of the weekly lesson, I give you some perspective on how you can get what you want AND help others along the way.

Week #8

BODYBUILDING: This week, I talk about just how much you have learned passively and effortlessly–though “osmosis”–just by completely going through this “Results University” comprehensive bodybuilding and training course. MANformation: This week during the MANformation part of the weekly lesson, I explain how totally immersing yourself in a unique MANformation “exercise” for just six months could prove be both fun and extremely effective in your quest to become the man and leader you really want to be.

Week #10

BODYBUILDING: This week, I talk about the ONLY way you can take the massively important MENTAL ASPECTS of your bodybuilding and training efforts to the next level. You’ll never find the black and white, concrete, end-all-be-all strategies to unlocking the power of your mind in any book because your brain is wired in manner that’s unique to you.
