Sometimes we have unnecessary stress in our lives due to unhealthy attachments to things we have no control over.
Life is full of things we aren’t able to control.
Within those things out of our control, there lies several choices.
In reality, we have much more power in these situations than we realize.
We can’t control unfortunate circumstances, but we can control how we react to them.
We can’t control negative events, but we can control how they affect us.
We can’t control what happened to us in the past, but we can control how we learn from it and use it to our advantage.
We can choose to bring value to others’ lives by sharing the knowledge gained from our own experiences.
Or, we can choose not to.
Entertaining limitations is a choice.
Abolishing them is also a choice.
Incredible change happens in our lives when we decide to take control of what we do have power over instead of craving control over what we don’t.
We need to be careful choosing what we surrender to and what we put effort toward.
If our struggle is the only thing we choose to believe, then nothing else is possible.
