You’ve Worked Yourself Into A Special Group Of People

If you’ve competed before, you must realize that the body you’ve created easily puts you in the TOP 5% of the 7 1/2 billion people on this planet.

Think about what the general population looks like. Look around when you walk into a packed grocery store. Out of all the customers, YOU’VE invested the most willpower, focus, energy, and time into your health and fitness almost 100% of the time.

That’s quite an accomplishment.

It’s important that you appreciate what you’ve accomplished. We competitive bodybuilders have this “there’s always a higher level” and “there’s always someone better out there” mentality that doesn’t always serve us well.

This is especially true when we try to transfer the superhuman power and discipline that we’ve earned into other important areas of our lives.

So, even though there may be 375 million people with a better body than yours, you’re still in the Top 5% on the planet.

Even if you’re not in contest shape right now, you’ll never drop out of the Top 10%. Not even on your WORST day.

That’s a lot for you to be proud of. You’ve EARNED it.

Set your entire life up like a contest (and win big there too!).

You’re just one “contest prep season” away from the life you really want.

P.S. Reach out if you need some help using the superhuman powers you’ve earned through competition. You shouldn’t be suffering outside of the gym with all the tools that you have. [email protected]
