Here are some prompts to help you kickstart the goal-setting process:

1. Imagine a year from now. If you could not fail, what would you want your life to be like one year from now? Take a moment to envision every aspect of your life, including career, relationships, health, personal growth, and hobbies. Dream big and think about what truly excites you.

2. Understand the importance. Reflect on why creating this life over the next 12 months is important to you. What are the underlying motivations and desires driving you towards these goals? Understanding your reasons will give you a strong sense of purpose and commitment.

3. Identify obstacles. Acknowledge the obstacles that may stand in your way. These could be external factors such as time constraints, financial limitations, or personal challenges like self-doubt or fear of failure. Recognizing these obstacles allows you to develop strategies to overcome them.

4. Visualize success. Take a moment to imagine how it would feel to work through these obstacles and achieve the life you genuinely desire. Visualize the sense of accomplishment, fulfillment, and satisfaction that would come with reaching your goals. This can be a powerful motivator during challenging times.

Remember, goal setting is not just about achieving external success but also about personal growth and self-fulfillment. It’s never too late to dream big and pursue new aspirations. By setting meaningful goals, you’ll find renewed excitement and drive in life, just like when you were younger.
