How Much Muscle Can You Gain When You Are Older?

How much muscle do you expect to gain now that you’re a little older? Do you feel your efforts are getting you closer to your muscle gain goal? Do you feel that you have the right training and eating strategies to reach that target?

How much muscle can you gain when you are older? How much muscle can you build when you are an older man?

That’s what men who are a little older and work hard in the gym want to know. How much muscle can you gain in a week? How much muscle can you gain in a month? How much muscle can you gain in 3 months? How much muscle can you gain in 6 months? How much muscle can you gain in a year? If you’re putting in a lot of effort, it’s understandable why you’d want clear cut answers.

Is it impossible to build quality muscle at your age? Is that too negative? Or, is age “just a number” and you can build as much muscle as you’re willing to work for? Is that too optimistic?
