Are You Overtraining?

Are you overtraining? How do you know if you are over training? Is overtraining preventing you from building more muscle and losing that last stubborn 10 or 15 pounds of body fat?

In this video, I will help end your confusion about overtraining. I will explain what overtraining is and what it is not.
