The quickest way to get from where you are now to where you want to be is to surround yourself with people who are already there.
No one cares about how much you’ve suffered. No one cares about how much you’ve sacrificed. What people really care about are the RESULTS you’ve produced.
Set your signs on what you really want. You should never settle for only what you think you get.
RESULTS are what matter most. Never become satisfied just because you get a lot of tasks checked off your list or use strategies that your friends all agree are the “best” if you aren’t getting the RESULTS you really want.
Don’t waste your time asking anyone what your ‘potential’ is to build a great physique. In life, you either do or you don’t do. PERIOD. Potential doesn’t mean much in the battle between ‘You Versus You.’
Most people who can’t get on track with their bodybuilding and training efforts can’t do so because they have conflicting goals, values, and priorities going on in OTHER AREAS of their lives–not because they don’t have the ‘right’ combination of strategies. They just don’t realize it
It’s NOT the sets, reps, exercises, or order that make a specific training routine most effective–it’s the MENTAL POWER of the PERSON doing that training routine that makes the biggest difference.
Any natural physique that EVERYONE believes is natural is a natural physique that isn’t worth having.

Don’t make the mistake many people do about their training efforts. They ASSUME they are smarter and work harder than most people. That way of thinking just takes away your ‘edge’to go for more. Even if that was true, the vast majority of people aren’t Great at what they do–so that’s not a great accomplishment anyway.
Always be mentally prepared – you must be 100% mentally prepared to have an awesome set at least a few seconds before your hands even touch the bar, dumbbell, or machine.
